Vodafone Removed VOIP from Nokia N95

i have a Mtn handset and VOIP ( SIP ) is there and works wonderfully

Who do you use as SIP server?

Hi,

I myself use oneFone from WiFiMobile www.wifimobile.com

Because they have developed their own SIP it doesn't rely on the Nokia client and works perfectly on the Vodafone and Orange Nokia N95.

I have a Vodafone branded N95 and have been able to use Gizmo, Truphone and Skypeout, all on top of fring.

Yes, I mostly use it for international calls and since I have a wifi network, I dont need to worry about the data charges.

It depends on the VoIP service provider used. I know that SkypeOut provides PSTN breakout.

Absolutely, thats what I use them for, I call landlines all over the world at as low rate of 0.15 cents per min to a high of rand 0.90 per min. The calls are also quite clear.

And using the N95 makes it a pleasure, you dont need the headsets and other stuff.
