vodafone smart 6 only 2gb storage ?

Hi guys I just recently bought a vodafone smart 6. Its says it has 4gb storage on the box and on the spec sheet but when I check my phone storage it reports 2gb only. Is this normal ?

Just checked the one I currently use and yea that seems to be the case.

Yea I agree but also wondering if the rest of the "4GB" is not used for system partitions/boot managers and such.
