Vodafone VFD 1100

I need your assistance, I bought a Vodafone VFD 1100 about 5 months ago. a week after buying it I bought a Samsung SD Card which it worked the first time after installing. And I had to restart the phone as indicated. after restarting the phone, the phone frooze and it was not responding at all. the phone only work after removing the sd card. I then continued with the phone without the sd card. later on I decided to buy another sd card because I was under the impression that there was something wrong with the previouse one. I furthermore installed the sd card as indicated and the same thing happened on the phone. so I am honestly not sure what exactly is the problem.

Please help.!!

Maybe take it back to Vodacom?
I also have an issue with the VFD1100.
I also put in a memory card, & it asked me to format it as internal memory.
This I did, as we all know how small the internal memory is.
Everything works, however...
whenever I reboot, or switch the tablet on, after recharging it when the battery died, Excel, Word, Truecaller & the Kindle app have disappeared, & I have to reinstall. Makes no difference where I tell it to install.
