Vodamail not working?

Good Morning All

Anyone else having problems with vodamail?
Requested a new password but still I get "The login details entered are incorrect. Please verify your Username and Password and try again."

Yip, since Friday evening, have logged a SR with vodacom but frustrating as hell.....

Your best bet is to send a Email to [email protected] or call 111 from your Vodacom SIM to receive the correct resolution to your problem. Yes I know it is at times a painful process but achieves the desired results, co-incidentally my Vodamail does not have any errors.
 
My brother and myself have issues too ...
 
I have 2 as well, One works perfect and the main one I need urgently, well NOT!!!

Agree , the more users log the fault the higher the escalation !! Oh crap I forgot, our Emails are not working hence we can not email Customer Care! Go figure!! Oh and 111 , be prepared for 10 min plus waiting time, use twitter or face book recommended...

UPDATE FROM VODACOM:

Vodacom I've had a look at the service request and it's still in hand with Vodamail support. Records show that you will be contacted once it's resolved.

A SMS was also sent on 2013-02-02 12:16:40 to the number advising not to reset your password.

Well the wait begins....
 
I had this exact same problem with my voicemail.

I requested Vodacom to delete my Vodamail account/VAS and and re-create it. That seemed to work.
 
After numerous hassles with Vodamail, I just closed my account and went to Gmail. No problems since ...
