Vodamail - now not a viable e-mail option?

For years, Vodamail is always full of spam from any possible spammer and scammer. All my other accounts never have this crazy spamming going on.

Is someone at Vodacom selling the numbers of subscribers, or are they just using any vodacom number, add Vodamail.co.za to it, and SPAM!

Now I have an issue with the new R29 migration saga.

Still my Vodamail is not working, with a agent marking it as resolved after 8 days....................

@Dolby, @Kenny Strydom - I am amazed that people still use Vodamail service with it's limited IMAP4 and POP3 service, adding all the old past issues dating as far back the old VodacomData days to the present date when reading past OP postings.
The switch to full IMAP services like Outlook.com and Gmail.com etc. that just function better with good Spam, Inbox control systems by way of Rules etc.
Just shake my head and wonder.
