Vodamail on Samsung tab 2 10.1

My mother-in-law has a Galaxy Tab 10.1. I originally set up Gmail for her but she could not get the hang of the conversation approach, so then I set her up with Vodamail. Been fine. However, now she cannot access the Vodamail "home page" i.e. with the folders on the left of the screen so she can choose to look in the Inbox, Sent, or Draft folder. I have tried and cannot access that page either. Normally, touching the red @ symbol in the top left corner would take her to that page, but now that icon does not react to touch at all. The screen now is Inbox only. Receives and sends emails normally. I have a Nokia N8 so am not an Android user, so cannot figure out the angles to pursue to resolve this problem. Any help appreciated, thank you.

Yes, I see that now, thank you. My need to revert to Gmail. Frustrating though not being able to get to access the Vodamail folders, and emails there, especially in the Sent folder. I have tried a "soft" reset, but am loathe to do a "hard" reset because of the hassle of having to re-install apps etc.
