vodaworld sony

I plan to visit vodaworld next week.
I got a sony xperia T with a maybe dead battery. I phone the sony number at vodaworld, but no answer. Do you think they will have a new battery in stock, or else, giving the phone in at a local dealer, wait 2 weeks and get the phone back.
I will only visit vodaworld for this phone.

Listening to the forum on after sales service by Sony, I think you're going to struggle getting this sorted. Great device but this sis the reason I went to another brand.
