Voice and Data with Telkom on Mate 20 Pro

I recently got a Mate 20 pro and have a Telkom (Sim 1) and MTN (Sim 2) sims in the phone. The phone is fantastic, my only issue is that I am unable to use data while I am on a call. This is the case even when I disable either SIM.

I have the following set up:

- switch data connection during calls is on
- both sims are set for VoLTE calls but I am having no luck

Have spoken to both Telkom and Huawei without much luck either...

Anyone able to help?

Have same setup as you but my Mtn sim in slot1, telkom in slot2. Data sim is set on slot2 and 4g enabled on both sims. Volte just drains battery, so disable it for now. Data switching enabled during calls. No issue for me with calls and data access simultaneously on device.
