I don't like this service. When I call someone and is says a sms will be send to this person and I cannot leave a message.
Can the person change it to normal voicemail?

They should be able to yes. But why be bothered with this when thousands of people aren't in your control?

Yes, the person can. I don’t like voicemails, so I wont be one of those persons.
