Hey Afrihost peeps.

I am loving this mobile data from Afrihost in my tablet. It would be even better if i could use it to make calls as well.

Right now i have to struggle with swapping simcards in my tablet constantly.

what can you guys do to assist?

Surely voice can be activated on this sim without afrihost being impacted by it? and considering that we have already been RICA'd for this sim there should be no legal issues.

I bought this package specifically for my tablet, but the annoyance of constantly having to swap sim cards is making me reconsider.

Unfortunately our SIMs are provisioned for data only - there is now way to enable voice on the SIM
If you have an MTN contract you'll be able to bolt on our APN offering which won't need a constant SIM swap.

is it only MTN contract? or can i use MTN pay as you go sim?

It's only available on MTN post-paid contracts for the moment
