Voice mail fix?

How does one fix your voice mail when you dial 121 it says i need to dial 121 to get a new voice mail box(yes from the voda sim) lol. Sick of the redundant msg.. been stuck like that for 6-9months now

hrm did you perhaps port number? mines always been voda so this baffles me and like i said very annoying
