Voicemail

Quick question: How do I set up voicemail for virgin? What number do I set it to in forward when busy etc?

I thought it was +84yourownnumber but that doesn't work. Neither does 121. Tried to find an answer on the website but no luck and I don't feel like calling the callcentre

I found that article but it doesn't really help me much. It doesn't say how to activate or deactivate the voicemail... Hence my question, what number do I have to set call forwarding to or is there something else I have to do. I have called 121 a million times to go through all the menus
