VOIP app for 3G phones

Does anyone know an app called "Ye-go" or something like that, that works with any 3G phone ... i certainly spelt this "ye go" wrong ... anyone know what the right spelling is and where i can find this app

ok tried this voip app ... there is delays in the voice converstion ... what better voip are out there for cellphones utilising 3G or GPRS
