VOIP for home users business

I am considering starting a business where I help people in my neighborhood switching from Telkom to VOIP - not that a lot of people have fiber. I will sell them the handset and do the installation/setup. I will be reselling an existing VOIP providers services - but don not know who to pick. I would appreciate any advice on which VOIP provider I should approach.
