VOIP/Hosted PBX for single line

Hi, we are in the process of setting up a business. My partner and I both travel a lot for our current day jobs. Our first thought for a common contact number was to get a cell number and use that as our office number, so that we can easily give the phone to the other person when travelling. Talking with friends who run their own businesses, they have suggested using a hosted PBX system, which would allow us to accept calls while out of the country.

So my question is, where do I go for a single line hosted PBX which can feed to one of two mobile phones (depending who is in country at any given time)?

Also works with andriod and iphone. Can setup multiple SIP accounts and PBX answering service. I currently use them for my business and havent has a issue.
