Does anybody knows in which country is it allowed to sell voip in africa and in wich countries it will became allowed?

VOIP is legal in most African countries. The main issue like in South Africa it is illegal to sell VOIP services without the relevant government lisences and then the next point is whether their networks will allow you to do the service.

You're not going to battle to find VoIP services in SA, anyone with a VANs license (600-700 co.) is entitled to provide them.
