Yeah thought it was a bit rich of I.S. to say they agree with the latest watered down Cassaburism. So what if it creates a circus? The public can decided to visit the circus or the monkeys in stated owned zoo. Market forces will ensure the hacks and fly-by-nights will not jeopardise the marketplace where professional companies exist.

PS: Antowan you got a hires copy by any chance? My gf was one of the peeps interviewed.

IS would loose alot of business if we had a big bang. Hence they dont support it.
 
Sure.

Internet Solutions have existed quite wonderfully in a "vacuum" for 10 years or so.
To hear thier opinions requires a certain amount of salt.

The point made here is that to allow any company the ability to start laying cable around our country is not a good idea is a moot point

Firstly, any company wishing to build infrastructure needs to get past local municipality regulations. Secondly, the amount of revenue required to role out a country-wide telecomms infrastructure is huge

So, to put it bluntly, when IS talk about the regulation preventing VANS from rolling out thier own infrastructure, they are talking complete crap
