VOIP on GPRS

Is it possible to get semi decent VOIP on GPRS? The parents only have GPRS available.

How about CQPhone or other less bandwidth intensive VOIPs.
 
the problem isnt usually bandwidth with GPRS VOIP... (there is usually just enough).... the latency usually kills the conversation :(
