Yes, Neotel can provide you with a SIP Trunk (but I`m not sure about the details around infrastructure, etc).

We`ve certified the whole Quintum Tenor range gateways on their network.

Is it possible to use VoIP on the Neotel network?

i have used voip on neotel for an year. it was on neotel prime. it mainly depends on the upload speed you get in your area. It used to work fine for me during night but it was bad during the day because of congestion in my area. I moved to vodacom because of the day time congestion on Neotel.
