VOIP Providors?

Can anyone recommend some good international VOIP providors that will terminate IAX2 or SIP protocols, and that have good call rates?

Currently using :
voipjet.com
rapidvox.com
teliax.com

The above 3 all support IAX2 and prepaid use with no minimums, I can recommend them to anyone, but just wondering if there are any others that are worth investigating?

The rates are hard to beat and it's per second billing. I heard about it from a friend that uses them for his internet cafe's international calls. The support is limited to email but there's little need for it as IT JUST WORKS.
