VOIP Software application needed

I am posting this on behalf of a friend who needs a software developer to create the following:

- We need a program that reads a CSV file with customers reference numbers, it must be able to make a call over VOIP by selecting someones reference code.
- Whilst we are on a call with a customer we need to be able to view statements via payprop as well as information pulled from TPN credit bureau.

basically the program needs to automatically pull up information from Payprop and TPN as soon as the call has been qued.

The program that makes the call, also needs to be able to log in comments from the user regarding their account.

I hope this doesn't sound too complicated, please can you guys point me in the right direction regarding a program that might already do something like this or perhaps something that needs to be built.

Please advise this is a paying brief.

Futuresoft has some good stuff. I can pass your brief requirements on to some developers but if it is already done and out there then go with that.
