Volume Booster

Hi all,

Is there a small app out there that can boost my volume on my laptop as it is so soft. I have turned all volumes up on the volume control and in the sound settings under control panel.

I got me a little prog called mp3gain to set al my mp3 volumes the same. And u can then use it to boost them all. If that maybe helps.

Not quite what i'm looking for but nice app. I basically want to make my volume higher, systemwide as the laptop's volume only goes so high.

Dont think you will find anything, the laptop speakers volume can only go so high. Maybe a better option would be to get some desktop speakers.

Is there something specific which's volume you want to boost on your laptop? like the volume of a DVD?

Person: I realized that after much searching. I have desktop speakers but they are a bit cumbersome to carry around when i travel.

nGd: Nothing specific, just all round make the output volume louder.

I will have to open case up and play with the volume slider.
