Volvo v40 t3 2012 suspension problems

Good day, I recently just bought the above vehicle but there is a bit of noise coming from the front suspension. On inspection I found that it was my drop links, ball joints and stabilizer bar bushes that needs replacement. But Damn, during this time it's so Damn difficult to get parts.does anybody have any advice?

I am sure it can handle worn suspension components until January? Unless you are taking a long trip it should not be a problem.

I will definitely not attempt a long distance drive but an occasional trip to shop and back + - 15km is all that is needed.
