Vorna Valley ADSL Problems - MAX SPEED - 500Kbps

Hi

How do i get Telkom to move my line to a new exchange.

I live in Vorna Valley, Midrand. Quit next to Waterfall estate. For the past two year the maximum ADSL speed I could get was 500Kbps. As per the Telkom technician, I am too far from the exchange (Halfway House).

The Kayalami hills exchange is less then 2Km from where I live. I have requested Telkom several times to divert the box to Kayalami instead of Halfway house. Also spoke to one of the technicians, apparently it takes them hardly two days to finish it.

Till date nothing has changed. Does anyone know how to get Telkom to get this done.
