Vowifi not working

Any idea how to get vowifi to work?

Handsets are vowifi enabled and latest update completed.

Carrier: Cellc &Vodacom.
Device: Samsung A30 & Huawei P10+

I don't get the vowifi icon which then indicates it's enabled and operating.

You need to get the sim cards provisioned at your service provider.

Try the call centre... It's tough to get them to do it
