VoWiFi stopped working

I have an iPhone 11 and recently VoWiFi has stopped working. I don't know when , it could have been a month or two ago, I haven't been checking if it's active or not until recently.

We live in a patchy reception area but my wife has the same phone, same iOS version 13.7, same settings under Mobile Data, and is also on Vodacom yet it works fine for her. Any ideas?

Bump. iOS 14.1 and it’s still not working.

I just saw your post now Ockie but you are exactly the right man for my question.

I changed from a Smart plan to a uchoose flexi and think it might have been about the time it stopped working. And today just to check it is my SIM card I put my sons Vodacom sim in and it connected to VoWiFi immediately. So it’s my sim. Do you think it might be to do with the change in plan? Does the uchoose flexi plans offer VoWiFi ?
