I subscribed to Vox ADSL a few months ago, but decided to cancel in mid-September, partly due to the quality of their capped adsl product. I was informed the 1 month notice would commence 1 October.
All sorted, I thought, until I received a November invoice. When I queried, it was apparently too late and the debit order would be processed.
Over the past week, I sent numerous emails trying to get a refund. They cannot (or will not) refund ny credit card from which the debit order was processed, so I reluctantly emailed by bank account details.
Now here is where it gets really interesting.... they want a stamped letter from the bank or stamped bank statement. Might as well tell me they do not process refunds.
Worse than my experience with cell providers on cancellation of service!
