Which would you recommend? Looking to get uncapped ADSL, would be for work usage (skype, hangout, emails, documents, image searches) as well as play (video and downloads).

Based in Cape Town' southern suburbs, if that makes a difference.

If you not doing torrents 90% of the time then go with Axxess ;)

CrystalWeb.

And if i do use torrents?

Then I would use the Axxess capped accounts that come with 3 month data rollover and uncapped from midnight to 6am. Or use any capped account from other ISP's. Stay away from uncapped accounts if you need speed for everything you do.

FTFY.

CrystalWeb Premium is great for everything.

Just stay away from home accounts if you're a big downloader.

in order:
Vox capped acount
CW premium

telkom as an ISP

everything else mentioned.

that is the difference (in my area for my usage) between what you mentioned.

CrystalWeb, I'm also in the Southern Suburbs area. I stream all my movies, series, sport in either 720p and 1080p and Amazon Prime in 4K UHD and 720p without any issues.

Vox fatpipe ftw. i have 20meg vdsl and a fatpipe account. works like a charm

Ive been with afrihost for 9years. Upgraded to 20meg vdsl because theres no fibre in my area, but i cancelled the data. Took a fatpipe and never looked back. In fact i should've taken it years ago when they had those awesome promotions, because data can rollover for 6 times. I dont have any problem with their service... yet. Because its just data i pay for. Afrihost handles my line and they are beyond awesome, especially during this vdsl transition period and getting my line to sync properly

With ADSL there are too many factors to consider - exchange congestion and other crap.

What worked in one week might not work the next week.

Vox or CW are good. Axxess seem a bit pokey the last week or so with the Seacom break.

And how about a MWEB capped account?
