Halfway through my contract with VOX and I've unexpectedly been forced to leave my house permanently and rent another.
I've asked vox to cancel the line within 20 business days (as stipulated by the consumer protection act, section 14) not a month and charge prorate for the 11 days Feb it would still be active. Vox is refusing saying that their contract says they need a full calendar month. Does the CPA not overrule the notice period prescribed in the Vox contract?
Anyone had similar experiences?
