Just completed getting my old TT Connect fibre line reactivated with VOX.

All I can say is Vox as company, operates on a different level compared to CISP. Makes CISP feel like a company operating out of someones garage.

Have no idea regarding long term speed/FUP etc.

Then you haven't met @websquadza, coming from a customer facing business this company deserves a mention on the next mybb poll.

Yeah that’s because the whole support system is being run by a hand full of people .

Thanks for the feedback, can you elaborate for me?

I was previously with VOX and my experience is their support is good up to a point. They are very good to call you back when they say they will but as soon as you encounter a more advanced issue where the junior support person can't look up the solution on a FAQ then you run around in circles where you have to keep giving them traceroutes and speed test results but nothing ever gets resolved. It is super difficult to escalate your issue to senior engineers. I haven't had any issues with CISP (early days) but having @PBCool available on this forum is one of the reasons I switched to CISP.

Just my 2 cents with Vox sales.

Requested 2 quotes. One from Head Office. One from CPT. Submitted at 8AM on the day.
Head Office called me back at 4PM. CPT called me back 7 days later.

Also previously put in an new order. Even though Vumatel does not do FTTB, the Vox sales person said that "they would make a plan". Three weeks later they called to cancel the order.

But glad you had a good experience :)

Well having had Vox FTTH for 3 years and finding that they didn't automatically reduce my price of my package that they have to new customers for my month-to-month pissed me off. Then I did what I did to lower it and they double charged me. vox always does this when u change ur package. If you don't complain , extra Dosh in their pocket.

Have an equally crappy experience with them for two FTTB installs going on since last year.

Dont trust them and now finally deciding to leave at least because I can for my home package.

Having said that, it's been rock solid reliable . Tech support great. Account and sales managers full of ****

the only good VOX experience this year doesn't crush anyone , CISP are the new guys on the block and get my support

Would you care to elaborate or pm your contact details

I am still waiting now day 7 for Vox to re-connect me. Already have existing Fibre line so not sure what the delay is. From the 5 or 6 calls I have made to Vox I conclude it is just incompetence.
