Vox Fatpipe on 100Mbps fiber

I recently had a 100Mbps Telkom fiber installed, running on a netgear router and a Vox Telecom fat pipe account. According to Vox I should be getting full speed on this account, but i average between 40 an 50 Mbps.

Has anyone experienced the same with a Vox account?

I get the full 100Mbps. Where are you based? I am running mine on the fibrehoods network in Craighall Park

Which specific netgear router is it?
Are you connected to it via wireless or wire?

Make sure you're connected via an ethernet cable. You'd probably only get the full 100Mbps on WiFi using 802.11ac.
