Vox fibre

I have installed Vox fibre in my home and Im so dissapointed with the service I am receiving.
I have been without fibre for more than 15 days and still counting.
its the worst service ever.

Please clarify what "bad service receiving" … the fiber is down more than up or they gave a pink modem with two bunny ears instead of that grey 4 antenna one you wanted ???.

Seriously … a bit more detail would be appreciated .
