Been on Vox 100/10 package for about a year, and due to them running a double speed promotion I have been getting 200/20 mbps connection.

Got email from them that from 1 May all packages will be doubled.

Come May 1st, and guess what? I'm down to 100/10. Upgraded packages means downgraded connection speed.

Sent emails to support, and absolutely no response.

Nice. Another 2 days past and I'm still stuck at half my normal speed. Spoke to support and was told they would escalate to Frogfoot and give me feedback. Of course nothing since.

Same here, this is sounding more and more like a PR exercise that hasn't been communicated to the ISPs.

Let's see where this goes.

Still no feedback, but now I am on a 100/100 connection, instead of the 200/20 it should be. Is there someone at Vox Telecom that can help?

Got this from Vox just now:

"Dear Customer,
We sincerely apologise for the error made in our Vox Service Alignment notification sent out on 1 April 2021 as well as any inconvenience it may have caused.

Please be advised, Frogfoot customers with a 100/10Mbps line speed package will be upgraded to a symmetrical 100/100Mbps package and not an asymmetrical 200/20Mbps package, as previously communicated."

This means that my Internet speed is halved as previously the were running their double line promotion. For residential use I have absolutely no need for a 100mbs upload speed. Give me the 200/20 you promised.
