VOX higher level contact details?

Hi all,

Does anyone have contact details for someone significantly higher up at VOX Telecom? I've dealt with them recently and wanted to try out and possibly sign up to their fat pipe adsl 300GB bundle.

In addition to exceptionally poor customer service I also keep getting conflicting info from even their managers on the product. First I was told yesterday I could still sign up, today I was told they sold out of the offer in the first week already, then on their website they updated it to say they've only sold out 70% and one can "still sign up today".

I'm pretty much over the rubbish service, but would love someone higher than a sales rep and his/her immediate manager to be aware of this poor experience.

Any ideas?

the special clearly stated valid till the 31st of August 2015. or till sold out. which ever happened first.
