Vox on Vumatel terribly slow

Hi guys. Any of you on Vox Vumatel FTTH? It has been k@k since yesterday. Been working fine the whole weekend. This is in Parkhurst Joburg. Are they rerouting all our bandwidth to Sandton for BRICS summit? Lol.

I know about the cable breaks...but why working fine on the weekend? My phone won't even connect to WiFi. Says no internet. Disney and Netflix buffers so bad it is basically unusable :-(

Did some trouble shooting with Vox on the phone. Took multiple resets and IP thingy magigs and reboots on my side. But back at full throttle. Lol
