VOX - Poor Service

I am looking for a recommendation for an ISP over Vumatel in Roodepoort.

For months I have been trying to get VOX to give me the reduced rate for a 50/50 Fiber line and to fix my speed that is still stuck on 50/5. Hours spent on the phone - PPPoE direct connections and several screenshots of different speed tests to prove to them and they say NOTHING.

Was about to sign our company with them for 365 services too. Over 1400 staff, but alas Vox, your failure to resolve a simple issue like this is most disappointing.
 
Did you tweet, facebook, instagram, hellopeter etc this same message?

I did with my last issue and it was resolved within 48 hours.

Complaining about it here did nothing.

DON'T sign up with them. They're bit players. Stick with a larger IT company that has proper support for O365 etc. and a proven track record of deploying and supporting Microsoft services.
 
Have you tried changing it on the customer portal? It works similar to Afrihost's, although not as comprehensive.
 
Is anyone having issues with Vox ATM? My line died about 40 min ago and cant get through to support
