You'll probably be better off taking one of their Vobi options and buying your own phone. Their VOIP service itself works well.

We have it at home.
Works perfectly.
Anything specific?

I find it works rather okay on the phone app. As for the physical VOIP phone at home connected via fibre it never gives me issues
