Vox Telecom billing..

It seems Vox Telecom are happy to give me ADSL but don't want to take my money in exchange.. :D

I signed up with them early May and to date they've not debited my account even though I've been using the service.. I emailed them about it twice and received the automated "service request acknowledgement" however nothing else, more than a week on. Oddly when I had a technical issue they responded within a few hours. Feels a bit weird needing to nag them to take my money but I don't feel like suddenly being debited with interest for being overdue or something.

Anyone else had any issues?
 
If you've only emailed their 'support@.." or "accounts@.." addresses, then wake them up by using the numerous direct contacts on the following link. Also, include the "hotornot@.." address.

I guarantee you, someone will then respond.

I received a direct response from [email protected] (Head Of Customer Services) when including his address in a mail, about 6 months ago.
