Other than phoning in, how does one cancel or give notice on the Vox Clientzone or whatever they call it ?

Thanks JonesY

You having issues?

Not really, while AH had their problems I opened a Vox account but now that AH are sorted and also have zero rated downloads, I no longer need the Vox account which is also almost double the price :)

Thanks JonesY

What account is double the price? We also provide midnight to 6am for free, even when you run out of cap (unlike AH)

cvanwie, I had no problems with you guys, in fact I was quite impressed with the connection, except maybe for P2P (torrents) but one needs more time to scrutinise that area.
Your prices are higher ( perhaps not double ) but higher.
My biggest problem with Vox was the entry level price.
For instance, AH has a low price of R29 (10GB) and your lowest is R89 for 25 GB
The reason for this is when I joined Vox, I kept my AH account but reduced it to the lowest (R29) now when I go back I put it back to 50 or 100 GB as I had before.
I could not do that with Vox, although I would have liked to keep say a R19 or R29 account open for future use.
Just think about what I have just said.
If ALL ISP's had say a 3 GB account for say R9.99 then every one could belong to 3 to 5 ISP's all the time and switch between them if they think they are being done in.
It would remove 90% of the gripes and moans on this forum :)

I'm not complaining about the prices (but that's because I got my accounts on special, lol) but my accounts have been flawless. Even if I want to do P2P in the middle of the day.

Ok after several emails to and from with Vox my account has been cancelled with a months notice, all signed and sealed.
However as of this morning I can no longer connect to Vox regardless of what I do.
So do they cut you off even though you are serving a months notice ?
They may have a good connection but thats where it ends :(
Thank heaven for AfriHost, connected back to them no problem.

Vox, you have taken my money for a months notice but as of midnight 30/11/2015 you disconnected me and have not been able to logon to my account.

Either connect me or give me my money back.
You guys have a shocking support service :(
