I have been having problems with Vox mail for about six months and wonder if others have similar problems. Four examples below.

All my mails were to single recipients and were mostly business related. On several occasions my mails to Vox have also been rejected and that includes fault reports to help.

Whenever I have spoke to individuals on the helpdesk they have been unfailingly willing and polite but cannot resolve the problem.

I am on the point of moving to another service provider and wondered if other forum members had any thoughts on the subject.
