Personally, I'm rather shocked. Would have thought that a company that deals with big businesses would be on the ball at resolving issues, but instead I've had to stay on top of them to get any service. Maybe it's because I'm a consumer who was placed mistakenly on Vox's network due to the MyISP.co.za takeover.
Ironically, my experience with @lantic was far better than that of Vox, and make no mistake, @lantic was bad to say the least.
From what I've been able to ascertain so far, Vox has 2 different sets of usage stats and 2 different billing standards depending on the month.
I'm promised an explanation by Monday, so hopefully this will be resolved by then. I've also PM'd Voxy in the hopes of getting some extra help.
Sigh
Am I the only one being brushed aside? Or are there other people experiencing this?
