Vox vs Axxess

Hi Guys
Just need some feedback on Axxess as service provider vs Vox
Currently on a vox fibre package, however Axxess is currently offering double the speed at a lower price compared to my current package with Vox on Vumatel

I don't have any complaints.
I get my full 50/5 speed, issues normally get resolved after a hour or so. Had about 2 issues in a year.
They did cost a little more though , but now with the vumatel price change they seem to be more in line with everyone else.

I've found that latency in game on Axxess and Afrihost is generally better than Vox, at least here in CPT. But it actually varies depending on the server regions.

I can't speak for the support quality of either of them.

I'd go with whoever offers better value.

Support with axxess is much better than Vox, have my mobile data and voip with axxess, had my old ADSL with axxess also, i have never had a problem with them.

I am making the same move at the end of this month. I have been a vox fan and customer for well in excess of ten years. But I cannot justify R350 a month extra for the same service sadly.
