Vox / vumatel price drop?

It's area dependent especially in Bloem where I have heard Vox is a giant monopoly there, so they probably have enough clients and network equipment to bring that regions bandwidth and transit down, hence packages getting cheaper.

It doesn't really work that way, FNOs will do the backhauling etc. It's usually just a strategy to inboard more customers. The underlying costs are the same.

Smaller towns often don't opt for fibre for a few reasons, typically price. So drop the price for the small towns get uptake then bump later.

Oh yeah sorry its been a long week. I meant more regarding marketing strategy, sales reps on the ground with these specials, gets a ton of signups per density.

On the networking side I mean a ton of houses on the lower end packages using much smaller bandwidth as their target.

I'm new to all of this. My brain gets thwacked daily with all the FNO's and following marketing strategies.
