Are VOX any better than Telkom?
10 days ago I phoned VOX Support after a Superfone I was contracted to install would not register.
After countless calls to not only their support centers but also Head Office; the issue has still not been resolved with only one brief email from senior management implying that the client was at fault.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
Or recommend a good alternative to VOX?
Having attended the launch at the V and A of the Superfone I was really optimistic but based on the above service am now looking for an alternative.
The client (10 days later) is still sitting with a non functioning unit (as described by their support center) with no resolution in site to date...
