VPN connection disconnects local are network

I have 4 remote sites connecting to my SBS via a VPN connection. The vpn software is the standard VPN connection supplied by microsoft windows. Three of the sites work perfectly, the 4th site was working and suddenly stopped. I have two windows XP computers connected to a ADSL modem. When I connect the VPN, the pC running the VPN loses contact with the other computer and will not reconnect until I disconnect the VPN.

I gone into the advanced VPN properties and disabled "use default gateway on remote network".

What are the subnets on both sides?

The issue you have is related to split tunneling - I haven't worked on SBS for years but somewhere you should be able to disable it on the client. Google will be you friend to find the correct setting.
