VPN for Streaming

I want to setup a VPN at home but i want to split my network to do this. however 99% of the traffic is WIFI.

My logic is to set static IP`s for media boxes and smart tvs, and then route only that traffic through the VPN. and i want to do it on the router as there is about 8 tvs / media devices.

Or have a vlan running on the lan and configure everything on the vlan to VPN.

Is that possible?
