VPN problems connecting

Hi there

I am having problems connecting to a vpn from one machine in specefic. it gives me error 31 - a device attached to the system is not functioning. any advice on how to solve the problem? it is just weird that one computer connects and the other computer doesnt connect. can anyone explain why this is happening?

- check out your devicemanagement snap in to see if your hardware is functioning properly.
- does this adaptor work without vpn ?
- check potential ip adressing conflicts.
