Hi Guys

I am looking into setting up A low cost point to point solution for that company that I work for, that is obviously a VPN. On the one side I have a STD 2003/Linux server, fixed IP and Cisco router. The router I don't want to mess too much with it. This leaves the remote side, I am looking for a router that would be able to connect via PPTP or IPsec to the server. The router must be able to create and maintain the tunnel as the remote side will only be using RDP thin clients.

Thankyou very much.

std 2003 software vpn is adequate, you need it on both sides, and you'll need a fair bit of configuration as it's too long to explain in a post unfortunately, your upstream on both sides will also come into play depending on the concurrent connections via rdp.
