VPN with MTN 3G / HSDPA

Hi, Our organisation acquired a few MTN 3G / HSDPA cards and initially they all connected to the company network via the mtnvpn apn. However, they now intermittently work. When reverting to my personal Vodacom 3G, no problems exist with the internetvpn apn information acquired from this forum. Since no fix can be obtained from MTN as yet, I was hoping to receive some assistance on this forum.

We are not aware of any problems on this APN.

I need to get more details and escalate it to SMCVAS for GPRS and IP/TX to investigate further.

Could you please supply the below

Msisdn, areas used and working, areas not working , what specific problem you having and so forth.
