Morning all you smart people.

My boss asked me to help her with her laptop.

The VPN now kicks out an error 807

"The network connection between your computer and the VPN server was interrupted. This can be caused by a problem in the VPN transmission and is commonly the result of internet latency or simply that your VPN server has reached capacity. Please try to reconnect to the VPN server. If this problem persists, contact the VPN administrator and analyze quality of network connectivity."

She is the only one using a vpn connection and it was fine up until 2 days ago.

any ideas of where i can start looking??

Forgot to add she its a win7 laptop connecting to MS2008

Looking at her win firewall i see outbound: RRAS (GRE-out) and RRAS (PPTP-out) is not allowed.
Is this correct?

Check the Antivirus as well, maybe it auto-updated and is blocking certain ports.

Back again.

Had a chance now to check AV. Not the problem.

She connects fine to the internet using Vodacom Wi-Fi Mobile device, but the VPN is stuffing around with error 807.
